I can get a refurbished pace 4 for $199 or a suunto run for $179. Abyone have these and want to provide some insight?

I run, swim, lift weights and do interval training but not to the extent of me doing marathons or anything like that.

I currently have a S11 Apple Watch but I’m looking for a watch that does 24 hour heart rate detection. I run, swim and lift weight a few times a week but I dont plan on doing any marathons, triathlons or crazy hiking. What’s keeping me on the Apple Watch is I like the notifications. So I think I’m looking for something that would have the best rate detection and can give me decent notifications. I’ve been looking at the coros pace 4 but I’m open to any other options anyone has :)
