Safe parking north of Lisbon? P+R

Hi! I’m driving from Lagos to Lisbon in September and will stay in the city for 4 days. I don’t want to park the car in central Lisbon, so I’m looking for a safe and reasonably priced parking garage north of the city. Ideally, it should be easy to reach from the south and convenient to get back on the road towards Nazaré afterwards. Good public transport connections to central Lisbon would be a big plus. Any recommendations?

Strelitzia nicolai brown/yellow leaves?

My perfect healthy Strelitzia nicolai started to have brown/yellow leaves. Is this just him dying of his old tiny leaves to focus on the big leaves?

Plant gets weekly watering en enough sunlight.
