Hey guys.

So I've been having bowel movement issues for almost 2 weeks coming up this Thursday. I definitely goofed and ate a lot of grape seeds for breakfast for a few days and then noticed I couldn't go to the bathroom very well.

I've been able to poop but they come out in slivers in large quantities at times. I'm feeling pressure and discomfort now in my abdominal that comes and goes, and now noticing discomfort in my lower back. I'm passing gas and belching often from pressure I imagine.

Today I tried to make a bowel movement and I noticed a lite speck of mucus with some light colored blood. This has occurred just once so far.

I've been drinking a lot of water the past few days and also drinking a small amount of prune juice or eating some (I got the runs from overdoing it with juice and got mildly dehydrated so taking it easy now).

I was wondering if I should just go to the ER at this point or is there some relief/something to do about it? I can't remember the last time I was constipated let alone for this long. I feel so incredibly stupid eating grape nuts since I normally don't eat them let alone eat that much fibre. I'm low-key tripping about it now.

Been putting this game off since playing it on an emulator in college some 12 years ago to now being glad I finally finished it all the way. It now ranks as my top 5 favorite Zelda, simply for the well-written cryptic surrealism throughout the game and its theme about dreams and reality.

I finished Minish Cap earlier in the year, and still have to play Oracle of Seasons and Ages so I might just do that finally in the fall.

I was wondering if the consoles I had taken away before remediating my apartment should be safe to use and plug in without cleaning?

I boxed and saved them thinking that was the move since my landlord was extremely hesitant to hire remediation, then for him to finally remediate my apartment.

​

Fast forward since late January, I unboxed the console coffin cases containing my Dreamcast, Wii, PS2, OG XBOX, 360, and ps3.

I figured I'd try to see about cleaning them months later. Sadly I opened up my Dreamcast and unfortunately saw red mold on one side and was bummed to the extent of mold damage inside. I haven't opened up my other consoles but my PS4 had white mold on the front emblem and can only imagine what else is inside.

Are they worth saving or so I have to spend money on a professional game repair shop to clean them thoroughly, or are they safe in the new apartment?

Granted the inside of the Dreamcast smells like mushrooms. :(

I moved from San Francisco to Oakland.

I'm playing BOFIII for the first time and was just curious about at what point of the story I'm at towards the final act. I got the passport with Nina and Rei as adult Ryu and about to head east.

I'm also curious since the pacing for BOFIII compared to IV is a bit all over the place and not as well finessed. I'm kinda enjoying it since I do love the mechanics, sprite work, music, and traditional JPRG turn based combat, partially also asking since it is kind of a slog to get through because the story is mishandled in its pacing and not as focused as it could be.
