This is my current routine, how does this sound.

Routine
3x Chin Up/Pull up (Assisted) (rotate every other workout)
3x Triceps Dip (Assisted)
3x Crunch (Machine)
3x Leg Press Horizontal (Machine)
3x Seated Row (Machine)
3x Chest Press (Machine)

Then through out work I rotate between doing 20 reps of Diamond pushups , wide grip and inner grip. I also try to get about 20k steps in (Daily). This is on my strength training days.

I do this Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Afterward I do 6.5% incline at 3mph on the treadmill til I need to head to the showers before going to work so about 17 to 20 minutes. On Tuesday and Thursdays I do about 60 minutes of incline 6.5% at 3mph on the treadmill.

I also at a calorie intake of 1750 to 1900ish a day, while trying to get at-least 155 to 175 g of protein daily.

Is this a sufficient routine to maintain muscle while trying to lose weight. I was at 246 lbs in December and I’m down to 199.1 lbs today. My goal is to hit 155 by Christmas then probably bulk up some then maintain. I am 5’8.5 “ tall, Male.

I’m 5’8” and was 236 lbs at the beginning of the year but I’m down to 206, goal is 165 lbs, question.

Hey everybody, I want to layout my routine real quick and asking for any suggestions to help me progress to my goal weight. I am currently on a 1500 calorie diet. I’m intermittent fasting from 7pm to 11am. My routine right now is every day in the morning before work, I’ll jog around the neighborhood on this route that is .9 miles. Every other day, I’m doing 4 sets of these exercises, 10 reps of goblet squats with a 35lb dumbbell, 15 reps of pushups , 15 reps of towel rows, 15, 20, 25, 30 seconds of planks. I do it as a circuit exercise with only a 1 min break in between. Also, at evening time, I am walking the .9 mile route with my wife. Any suggestions to improve my odds of reaching my goal weight of 165 by end of October. Is 165 a good weight for my height? I’m currently working on setting up a pull up bar outside also to start working on pull-ups and add them into my routine.
