Foot dropping

My 12 yr old female Doberman has just over the last few days began sporadically not picking up her back feet sufficiently on our walks. She ends up abrading her toe nails. Are we looking at a neurological or skeletal or muscular decline here?

Malnourished CH kitten

I’m a foster that thought I was getting a 2 week old kitten. Turns out she’s a one month old Wobbly Kitty that is severely underweight. Found wet on a driveway about four days ago. She’s been kept dry and warm and fed KMR but SPCA has said high calorie food and supplements from a syringe and diarrhea protocol is needed. I’ve fed her 6 ml of urgent care wet food/KMR slurry and she was definitely into it. I like to be scientific about my feeding so I’m feeling a bit unmoored. I guess weighing is my best bet.

Staying in college dorms

We are traveling across PEI/New Brunswick/Nova Scotia and will be staying at a few College Dormitories. I’m wondering if they will have towels and toiletries or should I plan to bring them?

Exploited

My daughter is artistically gifted. A painting she did at 12 that was being shown at her school district’s headquarters was just bought for 250.00. Great! But, here’s where things get freaky. A teacher begged her to make a hand lettered sign for the principal’s baby shower and no compensation was mentioned THEN her art portfolio with an entire years of work in it was stolen from a classroom. I’m angry because I’m feeling that she’s being exploited by the adults around her AND bullied by her peers because of her gifts.

Hepatic encephalopathy

My 9 yr old male Doberman just came out of Hepatic Encephalopathy. He’s actually doing pretty good, except he hates the Hepatic food. Problem is now the sundowning. As soon as it turns night he gets confused and aggressive. We’re hoping that as the ammonia continues to drop in his brain that it will lessen, but until then any tips?
