I am wanting to use my ereader to annotate more (maybe get a scribe soon if i like it enough to see if it compares to book annotating which i prefer) but I would like a way to quickly view them and where I could either have cloud or local backup methods periodically to ensure I don't lose my annotations. How do you organize your annotations? I use my home pc to manage my library on calibre and use KoReader on my Kindle PW5 so I am open to both calibre and/or koreader plug-ins or patches. something with an easy learning curve or none at all preferred <3

I just bought the Proxy Core! Now I would like to be know what is the lowest temperature (include units please) that I could dab at and still fully extract all the good terpenes? I am just getting into dabbing. Also if you recommend any specific strain for pain management, I have lot of core pain which is why I also would like low temps so it doesn't cause a HUGE coughing fit.

Willing to share photos of how much concentrate they use? New to concentrates 😄

I feel as though I am very much a lightweight when it comes to edibles but i find myself needing to smoke more to get that same high. I have never dabbed before but since it is so potent— i would just be a microdoser. This way a jar of concentrate would last me a long time (do they expire?
Lol) as opposed to all the money all the money I spend on flower.
Also would like some portable as i use it for pain management as well as anxiety ofc. Is something like the proxy core worth it if im not a "heavyweight"? I would def want an electric rig as i dont trust myself to know how to gauge the temp any other way. |

I barely started using the cup two days ago and after me finding my cervix i was able to get no leaks the third time i put it in. I have only ever been a pad person so I cant compare tampon to the cup but i feel like I have always had such a heavy flow where i would be guaranteed to leak if i dont switch pads every few hours the first few days.
However— every time i check after around four hours there isn’t much blood.
My questions are:

1. Has anyone experienced a flow change when using a menstrual cup? Especially so early (this is my third day!)?
2. Are there people who experience trouble with bowel movements when using the cup?
   I keep reading its possible to poop with it in but after seeing people poop it out I think i might b reflexively tensing up because I feel like i cannot poo with it in :(
