I scored this used 406 ‘71 Supra from Guitar Center for $149 ($50 off because the P85 throw off is broken) and they also listed it as an Acrolite. 😎
My questions are:
2)Should I just replace the P85 or try and find the broken clip to keep it original?
Our boy is headed off to college and the whole thing is hitting me harder than I thought. My wife has know it would be harder than I thought for a while and she tried to tell me 😂
He’s only going to be an hour away but that hour is a continent away compared to down the hall. He’s such a good guy and we are a really close family and a super solid relationship with him.
But every-time I see him since his HS graduation all I can see is him as a little guy that lived Lego’s, Marvel, Pixar, Thomas The Train, his first bike ride…you know what I’m saying.
This whole time our job was to teach him how to NOT need us anymore and now that it’s worked it’s super hard to let go. And all of this is internal, externally we’ve been supportive and helpful but in private we are just bracing for the ugly car ride home after and the passing of his bedroom without him there.
