What is this Recent obsession of Wanting to Play Maxi Beier as lwb ?

I get he is versatile but still he is an attacker and more precisely a striker at the end of day , I feel he is better in front 3 than he is as lwb especially a permanent lwb and didn't we learn from the adeymi mistake on what happens to a players development if he is to be played too long in a different position altogether I mean even look at what happend Camavinga and his development issues after playing everything excpet a cm for this long.

Karetsas is the perfect brandt replacement and the key with him is we need to be patient

Like I said I have seen highlights of karestas from YouTube and also read scouting reports and saw his heat map one thing I would say is we may have got the king of come back after loosing cherki and Ibrahim Mazza in the here is

His strengths

  1. Elite technique and flair

  2. vision and playmaker

3)Crossing

  1. 1v1 fearlness(this one the key factors because we know so many belgian players or players from belgian systems who are elite in 1v1 like juju, godts, cdk or even bilal el khannous)

  2. tactical awarness

  3. set peice

7)Versaitilty(he is an ideal player for this system because he is a CAM but can drift from right and play in the right)

Weakness

1)physicality and aerial ability

Place to improve

1)finishing

2)experience (but that's something he gains with age so I am not really angry)

I have seen some cherki comaorsion which people make but seeing him he feels more like a Phil foden and area guler hybrid especially as he feels more better in 1v1 and versatility than Guler but also he has a flair whuch makes him such an exciting player ti watch.

People may say his phyqiue and aerial ability is a question mark I get it but I have counter arguemnet what if we don't need it and can his playmaking and technqiue compensate that because phsyality isn't our issue and we know this but technqiue abd creativity is to the extent we were so relaint on brandt and wether hebwas in good form or not .I also think from a tactical pov he seems like a player who has the street flair of a cherki but has a more better understanding and ability to read a game and even the tactical side

Overall my assessment is he is a very good player and if we give him the time to adjust we are getting a really special player potentially someone who may have the ability to be for the next gej to be what sancho was for our gen

If milan genuinely needs to be back at the top a world class acadmey is a key and must

(I know I will get some slack for thsi but I don't mind)

And by world class I mean an academy like LA masia,Bayern campus, sporting ,ajax or even lyon because we can't afford to buy elite players like the old days so we need to pivot to make sure our academy is the best in the world .

Benfica and porto in the mid 2000s didn't have the same acadmey a sporting had and mostly relied on scouting talents and when they started pivoting to their acadmies that's when they started hitting gold and started producing joao neves,Bernardo, cancelo ,joao feleix,Ederson (man city) and more at benfica while porto produced vithina, reuben neves and now Rodrigo mora and Chico conceicao.

Even real madrid has a very modern academy and Dortmund has made a huge priory to make sure their academy is as elite as it gets which is why they have changed their approach.

Even when milan was at its peak we still had 3-4 core italian or milanse players wether a maldini or baresi or costacurta

Honestly teams like milan and Juventus should only look at themselves for wasting money .

Why does it feel like many serie a fans don't want good acadmies and pathways the way a Barcelona, Lyon,Sporting or ajax have

It feels like many serie a fans for some reason tend to look down on acadmies and owners see it as just a tool to balance profit sheets rather than a potential pipeline for talents.

Why is it the case because when i went on CIES acadmey ranking juve and inter(who both have the same point( who are the best Italian acadmies yet if they wwre Spanish they would have only been the 8th best acadmies in spain, and 5th I they were French or belgian.

Why does Italian teams who play wingers and cams in primervera struggle to devlop good wingers and creative cams

I was wondering where would jesus rodriguez of como be ranked in present day Italian winger pool if he were Italian because he had 9 assist in the league which makes him no 2 in the league ranking and I was wondering even teams who play with wingers in primervera struggle to produce decent wingers especially compared to Spanish, French,Portugal or belgium.

Even if primervera play with a 3-4-2-1 you would assume that would have meant more CAM/10s to be formed yet I feel italy lacks a cam today and mist players who play in CAM position are mazzelas.

Would bringing in Batrkov,Kislyak and trubin in the same window be too much of a conflict within the squad

with these 6 you have 6 playeds from the ex ussr 2 from Ukraine,3 from Russia and 2 from Georgia with russia having a war with these 2 . yes I get luisn enrqiue has managed the safanov zabarnyi relationship but is it really possible for him manage these 6 becausw I feel the political emotions would be too much
