Overdue sloan
I posted a few days ago about my overdue balances on both sloan and spaylater. Going 2 months overdue na rin. Nasa 22k na rin yung overdue ko sa sloan and 13k for spaylater.
I have been receiving calls everyday. And today, I received a text message and says:
“Dear SLoan User,
This is from PrimeAlliance, partner of Monee Credit Finance Philippines. We wish to inform you that your SLoan account is currently eligible for field collections process assignment due to extended past due status. Your account may be assigned to a field officer who is an authorized member of our team to discuss your account status and explore possible solutions. Please contact us at 0917-312-4212/0917-793-9744 promptly to address this matter. Kindly disregard this message if payment has already been made.”
How do I handle this? Do I reach out to them to make payment arrangements? Kasi baka pagbayarin lang din ako in full, which is hindi ko naman kaya.
Any advice po?
