Anyone have luck with bone conductive headphones?

I have severe hearing loss and recently came across bone conductive headphones by Raycon. Trying them for the first time as I type this. Just kinda sounds like I have regular headphones turned up loud but not on my ears and I have volume at high. Am I doing something wrong or is this what I should expect?

Looking to switch to lefty after over 20 years of being mediocre. Need some help.

So I’ve been a very mediocre guitar player since I’ve started playing in my teens. I’m now 44. Started righty at the suggestion of my friend’s dad. I totally regret it. My right hand has just never gotten fast or coordinated to be good. So I’m finally decided to almost start from scratch and learn lefty. I’ve already noticed a veeeerrry slim selection to pick from. And am left wondering what my options are. I have a few questions if you’d be so kind

  1. Can I have my right handed guitar restrung and have the nut replaced to be able to play lefty? I know restringing just ain’t enough. Will a shop do this?

  2. Anywhere anyone can recommend with a decent lefty selection in the NY/NJ are?

  3. If any of you did exactly what I am doing, how long did it take for you to get good with fretting with your right hand?

Any additional tips and encouragement are also appreciated

Thank in advance.
