Well that's a bit of a blow. SMSF's won't be able to use a loan to purchase residential rental property. What next? I can't remember the last time there were so many proposed rule changes to the tax system. Especially....the retirement space.
For those of you who do have Financial Advisers, what do you value the most from them? If you can include your age range that'll help me in my understanding. Under 30, 30 to 45, 45 to 60, 60 to 80, 80plus. I'm honestly curious as to what people value, what they don't, what sort of services do you receive/want? Happy for really frank and honest answers, even if it's not positive. It's purely for my own research and interest.
It's happened 3 times to me now, the first 2 were because everyone failed to tell me not to drink a drop of alcohol (doctor, not pharmacist) 1 night I had a whisky the second time it was 3. Both times I woke up in that much pain I broke out in a cold sweat from the severe pain and that followed with vomiting. The second time I was sick for 15 hours. Last night I had a late night snack, ham, cheese sandwich. Again, woke up in severe pain at about 3 am, vomiting bile, burning sensation in my upper stomach area. I'm still only on 1 tablet I've completely stopped drinking. I feel fine now, just a little sore in my stomach region. It feels sorta 'bruised' I guess you could say.

Should I be concerned? I've been reading about pancreatitis, spleen issues and liver issues.
I have:
Sourdough, gluten free sourdough,
Milk and water kefir
Kombucha and Jun

I also make:
Csalamade (Hungarian lacto fermented veges), saurkraut, kimchi.
Tapache and Ginger beer.

I feel I'm missing the Italian thick sourdough starter fur sweet breads, but apart from that what else am I missing?
I'm the Director of a business that's growing quickly, and I want to become a genuinely great leader—not just a good operator.

I'm looking for the best course, book, or learning path to improve my leadership and management skills. I don't care if it is certificates or diplomas, and I'm happy to put in serious study time. My only question is: will it actually make me a better leader?

I want to build a team that thrives, develops future leaders, and doesn't rely on me for everything.

If you could recommend just one resource that's had the biggest impact on your leadership, what would it be and why?
