One of my favorite lakes in Michigan to smallmouth fish. Video is in the comments below if you would like to see where. They love spinnerbaits on that lake.
It took a little while, but I was able to capture some smallmouth bass underwater footage from docks this year. This tells me I should be fishing docks more than I do. How many of you fish docks quite a bit?
I didn't have the best weather, but fishing is always good in upper LP of Michigan. Here's a picture from this past month. Water levels were high when I was there and many lakes were shut down due to the high water.
I'm trying to navigate my way around Reddit and figure this platform out. There appears to be a lot of users. Hopefully not bots. Last week I did a quick shore walking trip. Wind was cranking and you would think the spinnerbait and chatter bait would be on. That wasn't the case this day. I'm glad I brought my swimbait rod with the Berkley Cull Shad. For whatever the reason this particular day they would only eat the cull shad. They were choking it down. I did a short underwater video and some catches if you would like to see what the Cull Shad looks like. Berkley Cull Shad , The one thing I like about the Cull Shad is you can burn it and stop it to trigger strikes. The Magdraft it's not possible to do that with way it comes. Z-man Swag it I just started using this year and it appears you can do it with that bait as well.
