Is there still some way of getting the PSP era Ys games on the Vita? I think 4, 6, and 7?

I don’t have a PS3.

I’ve historically run SE on a lot of my mid tier cruisers that haven’t had a heal or a lot of utilities (Germans, Japanese, US, etc).

Now that we have repair parties on these ships, is there any high end math or theory to support keeping SE vs switching to SI?

For example, I run a captain for Munchen with: LS, DE, AR, SE, TGG, CE, Outnumbered.

I’m considering switching SE for SI. Or, losing TGG due to the good conceal and switching it into SI and a one pointer.

Thoughts?

I’m replaying the Kleber line for the RB. The experience is a bit more painful than I remember.

With the proliferation of 11-12km bot-gunner secondary ships and now manual secondaries with hilarious range, is range skill mandatory?

Any tips for playing these ships in the game nowadays?
