Zeekr 7x post-sales experience
Hi, I'm potentially in the market for the Zeekr 7x, most likely the base model or at the very most the long range RWD model.
I've seen lots of posts here and there about how poor the post-sales communication is, the not-so-good OTA updates and the software bugs (I've heard about the bugs with android devices - I'm using an android phone as well).
I cant tell if this is a loud minority/bias since the people that are happy just don't complain, or if this is an actual thing that people are worried about.
Whats the general ownership experience been like for everyone?
