How long was your invitation letter?

My letter is about 13 pages I have it broken down as seen below. Is that too much? Should I do a clean 1-2 page letter and add a Letter of Explanation with the details? Thanks

Parents visitor TRV refused. Now applying for Super visa

Hi, earlier this year my parents TRV was not approved (Weak ties) . I am applying now for a super visa for both of them. I am single. Income is far above the LICO. My sibling sent me 40k CAD as a gift to strengthen my application, how do I include that in the invitation letter? My Dad also got a bank statement back home showing 30k CAD, however my mom bank only has 6K CAD. Should i send some money from my siblings transfer to my mom account? To strengthen their application, I am showing proof they have property and a business back home that they oversee. What else would you include in this case? Thanks

B2 visa Application from Montreal Canada

Hi all ,

I have an upcoming appointment for B2 Visa at the Montreal embassy to visit the a friend in the US who is sick ( a few days). I recently got Permanent residency in Canada (less than a year). I have a full time job (100k+) . I can show my apartment lease which will expire next year. I can show about 40k usd in savings. I have been given B1 before since 2004, then F1 in 2012 so its not my first time in the US. I never overstayed. I have family there too but they are on TPS. I am single. I hold a Haitian Passport. Do I have a chance?
