Charged $376 CAD instead of $326 CAD — where did the extra $50 go?
I already completed the payment and I’m not asking how to pay for an order.
The amount shown on Sugargoo was $326 CAD, but my bank statement shows that $376 CAD was charged.
That’s a $50 CAD difference. I’ve already paid the amount requested, so I’m trying to understand where this additional charge came from.
Has anyone had the same issue? Is there a transaction fee, temporary authorization, currency conversion, or another charge that could explain the extra $50?
I’d appreciate any help understanding this.
