Narrow body BBS LMs fitment?
Hey all
I have a 996.2 (targa) I’m wanting to throw clone BBS LMs on, but I’m curious on the fitment.
I have Bilstein coilovers with 19’s currently, car came with them - but I’m thinking a gt3 stance on 18’s would be more ideal.
Anyone running these on a narrow body? If so, I’d love to know your setup before I get some made!

Affordable shift knobs?
Anyone know of any Aliexpress / cheap shift knobs that fit? I feel like all the options for 996 specifically are $200+, and China's got some gorgeous ones, haha.

Need help forming an opinion on my new to me ‘03 Targa
I ended up picking up the targa that I posted about a couple days ago. He came down to 26k, and it’s got a lot done to it already. (bushings/gt3 shifter/intake mods/exhaust)
Aesthetically, I plan on keeping the rear spoiler and aero skirts, but was toying around with adding LED head and tail lights as well as a GT2 front bumper.
What are your thoughts and has anyone done anything like this to their 996.2?

Thoughts on the 996.2 Targa?
I’ve been in the market for a while and found this, what seems to be great deal, 2003 996.2 Targa. It has some sort of aero kit on it, I think. Maybe I’m wrong, but the spoiler is clearly Carrera, and the front grill/skirts do not look to be base stock.
Roof doesn’t open, but has other custom bits including audio/short shifter/adjustable suspension, and IMS is said to be done. I’m going in person tomorrow.
What are everyone’s thoughts on the targa? I hear they’re rarer and may also hold more value long term.

Was doing well until bicep curls…
(33, M) I’ve struggled with CFS since a mystery infection 3 years ago that, in combination with being floxied, left me bed bound for months and slowly recovering since with occasional setbacks.
Lately I’ve reached a new baseline by taking magnesium/k2/D3/b complex and noticed my sleep has been deeper allowing for better recovery.
The other day, I did 3 sets of 35lb chest press and 3 sets of 12 bicep curls. Very light weight for me, and today I am paying for it. Exhausted. Eating leaves me exhausted. Heaviness behind the eyes, classic PEM feeling.
It’s weird because I can go out and drink with friends, sing Karaoke, do light cardio - but my heart rate barely rising when lifting for all of 10 mins messed me up?
Anyone see this?
