Excelsa/Liberica, Canephora/Robusta
Have you tried some? What’s your opinion?
I have tried some amazing Canephora. Excelsa ot’s a very unique bean, with a very distinct taste: oak, smoky, sage.
I have a background in coffee and roasting of 10 years. Recently have started my new independent project with a very bold approach in offering new and unique coffees, not just expensive and common.
Very curios about hearing your thoughts.
PS: I won’t mention any links or names of the roatery.
