I ordered dress cost of 170 euro before the sale 3 for 250 begun. Payed 170 euro, stated in invoice and 0 shipping cost. The dress arrived to local ups facility where i need to pay customs taxes and fees (as always) but this time ups included transport fee of 160 euro fixed rate for shipping since it was not included in the invoice? so instead paying around 100 euro fees is expected that i pay 200 euro fees for a dress of 170 euro, because they calculate the taxes on 170+160 euro of value. i am making dispute with a lawyer but has anyone had this happened before?

I recently ordered dress from online retailer, the retailer ships with no charges towards the customer, they are quite expensive dresses so that's why shipping is free. The package arrive and UPS added 160 euro to the original cost with explanation , because there is no shipping fee it means the seller didn't payed so we add fixed freight fee of 160 euro (proof of payment and invoice of the seller were supplied), and along with customs and UPS fee i need to pay 200 euro for a dress of 170 euro, i contacted the seller but what else can i do? The seller has contract with ups and most certainly pays for the shipping and this is first time this is happening to me, i order few time a year for several years

So they started the sale and no surprise almost nothing is available in size S and M
