I have a family member who sends me pictures of all their meals, books they're reading, selfies, concerts, picturesque scenery and other shite that you see on Instagram. But they send it to me over WhatsApp. Meanwhile I'm a very boring, private, stay at home mammy who is finding this shift in life a bit difficult (I got rid of Facebook and Instagram as I got fed up of seeing people's lives and decided to try to be content with my own).

How do I tell this family member to feck off? This particular family member is 30, also overly anxious and gets upset very easily.
