I’m playing through super Mario Galaxy for the first time since it was new. I have about 60 stars so I’ve unlocked all the areas. I’m not sure how to find Luigi for the third green star. I’m thinking I may have done things in the wrong order. He’s supposed to be under a saucer in the battle rock galaxy, but when I go there, he’s not there.

I’ve done the other green star challenges the Bouy base galaxy and the one in the dusty dune galaxy. I also heard he was on top of the house in the first star in good egg galaxy, but I don’t see him there either. I also heard the mailtoad would have a letter but all the letters are from Princess peach. Help please and thank you

Anyone more experienced in gambling want to explain this to me?

A few weeks ago, a capper I follow posted a video where he said this. he went on to say that he posted a free play the night before that was -130, and was currently at -160. he said that is an example of a mathematical edge, which is how you win long term. He also posted a video of the Braves winning at +155 with a caption that read "one day I hope you come to the realization... this is a game of finding value, not picking winners"

ok, so maybe there is some information I'm missing, but isn't winning these bets more important?. Finding value is great and all, but if the bet ends up losing...

Is “Vegas made the call” a real thing in sports? People say that a lot when things change rapidly and sports, and a bet that it looks like it’s about to win loses.
