I have loved my #22 but of course couldn’t stop at just one book and wanted to get something smaller for in person games and when I have some time to kill at work. Can’t wait to break it in over the weekend
Scored this one at work using MLB Gameday and 30/81’s Scorekeeping Survival Kit.
As you might imagine I wasn’t able to actually take in much of it since I was interrupted by the occasional work task or lack of signal but catching up gave me a bit more to do during downtime lol.
This was the most eventful game I’ve been to in a long time which made scoring a lot more fun. Both pitchers were great, Guardians finally scored more than one run, and I got to see one of my favorite farm players get his first major league hit.
Of course they couldn’t win comfortably but got to see Cade Smith. The atmosphere was fantastic and there was a whole section doing the tarps off thing for most of the game that kept growing. With Ingle’s first hit tonight this card may end up in a frame someday.
Another good pitchers duel from this series. Some of Cecconi’s best this season. Hopefully the return series next week is just as good.
Great night to watch baseball and got to watch a pretty good game. Williams v Cole was a good matchup and plenty of home runs. Only 4 singles all night too
Looked like it was going to be a good/competitive game and then the Guards bullpen blew up.
Guards haven’t been able to figure out how to stop leaving runners on either. 10 total today for them.
Scorecards are only about a dollar at Progressive Field which was a nice surprise. The only other people I saw with a scorecard were a dad and his pretty young daughter so it was cool to see someone that young learn about scoring and seemingly have a lot of fun with it.
Far from my most accurate or most filled in card but really cool to get to do it in person and get a nice keepsake too.
I’ve been getting back into biking/cycling the last few weeks but didn’t buy a helmet when i got my bike and need to get one before I actually crash.
I’m not really sure what I’m looking for. I haven’t had a bike helmet since I was a kid so any advice on sizing or what to look for would be appreciated. Any decent budget options that still do the job would be awesome too.
Thanks!
I’m still pretty new to biking so please excuse me if my terminology is way off or if I’m not very concise with this lol.
I was on a ride and shifted down gears and now my chain seems to catch or clank just about every revelation of my pedals. Sometimes it’ll do this when I change gears but usually stops pretty quickly. Today it didn’t so I’m thinking this is a bigger issue.
I lubed my chain yesterday and today again after I got back to see if it made any difference and it didn’t. I included a video because that’ll probably do a better job of showing what I’m talking about.
Thanks!
Edit: It’s a Trek 3700 if that helps or is important to my next steps
