I took an old steel bike, added disk front fork, welded on rear disk tag, campagno mirage 2x9 shifters, campagno crank, campagno derailers added- a new lease of life. not quite finished, kona gravel wheels. Canada meets Italy bike.

This appears to be from the 1st quarter 2026 & yet it’s coming up today as “news” & the article seems to imply a much bugger sell. Seems this “parties” trying to manipulate folk? If they’re telling me to sell, I’m of the view it’s a buy, vultures. Am I missing something.

Thoughts on home made BikePacking tent.

I had a lightweight 2 person tent, so I bought an extra set of poles, cut them to the size to fit between drop bars.
Total weight of the tent & poles 1.36kg.
Mean for occasional overnight not full blown backpacking?
