When the obd connects and starts the scan, it does not complete it but disconnects every time, app has been reinstalled,cache cleared and now I do not know what is wrong, any help would be great!

I am experiencing this whistling sound on my car, only happens at low speeds for a few seconds then stops. The car is at 54000 Kms mileage, anyone who has had this experience?

Ps you may have to put high volume to hear it well
