why would ultrasound show a mildly enlarged liver with coarse texture if my liver labs are normal? 30F, underweight, never drink

30F, 5'3", 105 lb. Meds: 10 mg Adderall, eohilia Never drank alcohol or did recreational drugs. Other health issues: eosinophilic esophagitis, beta thalassemia minor.

My abdominal ultrasound showed a *slightly enlarged liver with coarse/uneven echotexture*. There was **no mass, no bile duct blockage, and no ascites**. My liver blood tests, bilirubin, albumin, platelets, hepatitis, glucose, thyroid, and iron studies are all normal. My PCP ordered a **FibroScan with CAP**.

But im anxious and confused about why this would show up under my circumstances. I don't have yellow skin, dark urine, light stools. I have persistent mild soreness under my right ribcage. it feels like there's a balloon there. I have suffered from profound appetite loss for the past 8 years. Ultrasound of LIVER: Mild nonspecific coarse heterogeneous echotexture of the liver. Liver measures 17.2 cm in length. No intrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation. No mass.

Feeling guilty for not dressing up for husband more😔

Salaam everyone, I try to look good for my husband but it's challenging in that:

• Makeup: Wudhu will have to be re-made multiple times a day and that takes it off.😳

• Dressing up: I get cold easily

• Jewelry: gives me sensory issues.🫠

• Perfume: gives me headaches and rubs off on my other clothes, and blankets, etc so I have to re-wash it.😤

I always take care of my hygiene and grooming so it's not a complete mess 🙊

I guess my question is in two parts:

• How do I make it easier to look good given these issues?

• Do men generally care if their wives put in effort to look glammed up? i read somewhere that they can't tell if there's makeup on.😅

Adjusting to ENTP boyfriend's lifestyle differences as an INTJ

My boyfriend is an ENTP and I'm an INTJ. We're opposite in lifestyle, examples:

• I wake up at 5am and sleep at 9pm. He sleeps at 1 am and wakes up at 9am, or just pulls all nighters then takes a lot naps.

• I'm organized, like to plan out logistics, do things on time, research before making a decision. He does everything last minute and is much more spontaneous. Sometimes this causes a lot of wasted time and money.

How do I adjust to our differences?

Itchy esophagus - does it mean I ate an allergy food?

I know that with EOE the allergic reactions are delayed. but sometimes when I eat food, an hour later I get an itchy esophagus. so I'm not sure if that's a sign of an allergy food
