996 Turbo S - how far will they go?

Current market values for 996 Turbos have been climbing aggressively.

Dealer would love to sell my low mileage 996 Turbo S manual for 150k€. Not selling at the moment. Given 993 Turbo S go for 800k€+. Where do you see the 996 in 5-10 years?

Buying advice 987.2 base | green over tan - dream spec?

Looking to buy a racing green over full tan leather Boxster tomorrow. It’s got 135k km. First owner. Only serviced with Porsche

Only downsides: no sport chrono, no xenon, no bose, no sports exhaust

Used to own a 987.2 Cayman S with sport seats and 48.000km. Loved that car to bits and regret selling.

Also own a couple of other Porsches. 993 C2 x51, 996 Turbo S, 992.1 T. All manual.

This racing green metallic example is a spec I have looked for in ages. Should I get it?

Cayenne E-Hybrid: comfort-loaded Kreide vs chassis-spec Cashmere for €15k more?

Looking for a daily/family Cayenne — not the driver’s car. Option A — Kreide MY25, 12k km, ~€97k all-in (MSRP was €157k): Massage + ventilated, Nachtsicht, 4-zone, Standheizung, heated windshield, HUD, InnoDrive, BOSE, Sport Chrono, Panorama, 21” Turbo Design Vesuvgrau, Carbon GT wheel, blackout, Rear Seat Entertainment prep. Missing: rear-axle steering, PDCC, sport exhaust, HD-Matrix, Surround View, Burmester. Option B — Cashmere Beige, ~€112k all-in: Rear-axle steering, sport exhaust, HD-Matrix LED, 22” Sport Design gloss black, Surround View, Diamar Silver Shade interior, Servolenkung Plus. Missing: Nachtsicht, 4-zone, Standheizung, heated windshield, Carbon GT wheel. For a daily Cayenne (winters, motorway trips, family duties) — comfort load or chassis load? Specifically: do you actually feel rear-axle steering daily? Is Nachtsicht useful or gimmick? Heated windshield game-changer or marketing?
