I don’t think basing character adjustments based off of the win rates is the move.
Now I’m sure most of the people here know that they put Nagant in a wheelchair but One For All Izuku Midoriya wasn’t given as harsh of a punishment as her. At best he lost 1 charge on his alpha and 50 health. But at that same time if they’re basing future changes on the win rate of certain characters he must’ve gotten it easy considering the average player is plain ass. While Nagant being mostly pretty strong on PC due to her snipe got almost everything taken from her. The same thing for Tech Mirio and I can attest. I’m ass playing him so it’s not a surprise he got a slap on the wrist, I just think they should consider a much more serious in depth approach when making these adjustments

“Space hop needs a cooldown in between each jump” holy shit that is a terrible suggestion.
I won’t lie I was watching TrashJunkie’s tier list video he dropped this morning and I’m going to be honest this take never made sense to me because adding a short window between each jump would kill the tuning entirely. Sure “space slop” or whatever people call it but I don’t understand why that would be needed because if that’s the case wouldn’t that also apply to spiraling leap which also grants a higher jump. I don’t see how that could be a good thing in the long run it’s a horrible idea

They buffed strike Aizawa in the patch notes on his release?
From what I saw on the site Hydros runs it’s mainly just cooldowns being shorter by one second as well as his alpha doing more damage by 20.
These kind of things make or break certain skill sets. I can’t wrap my head around doing this sort of thing on its release date.

What are the odds they buff this when he releases next week
The effect time durations remind me allot of area reduction but that’s mostly dependent on how kang zones are left in the end circle. Sure it doesn’t last as long as GP replenishment would but the difference is huge if you compare the effect durations side by side. But frankly maybe it’s a good thing for now since it they were as long as each other it’d make for annoying team fights if you’re trying to down somebody and they have both this and GP restoration

What’s the most optimal yellow choice here
In the middle of tuning blue Deku at the moment and I’m a little stumped on what to choice for the assault role since it’s restricted to just heroes in this case. I’d pick sisterly but it’s on a pretty harsh cooldown and it’s not as good as it once was so I’m put off by that. I don’t like most of these choices here but I need to pick one

I believe this started in 2k24 and it hasn’t slowed down since. I feel like it takes up more space than necessary since 2k17s release we could choose the setting ourselves.

I know people hate the font change but I think we objectively have much bigger problems on our hands.
Hackers. Byking said they’d crack down on it last season and it’s still happening as far as I’m aware.
At most the font is just way smaller than it needs to be, the real problem is the insta kill lobby cheaters that are still roaming around.
To me the font change is a nothing burger but that’s just how I see it. I can adjust to it. The hackers need to be addressed as soon as possible.

What’s the point of area control. Even the tickets I’d get from hitting ace during it isn’t enough for me to willingly play it.
About 6 days left until Mirko (hopefully) and honestly it’s been on my mind how lackluster area control has been since its inception.
On paper it sounds cool. Securing points of the map to win a short game. It sounds fun but it’s not engaging enough, in my opinion at least.
I feel like if they did something similar to Fortnite’s Team Death Match where your gems has to hit a certain amount of KO’s combined to win the game then maybe I’d care more.
But as of right now it’s too much of a hassle to get to ace with how boring it currently is.

Genuinely I feel like some rumble players just want an excuse to attack the player directly and not the character themselves but maybe I’m thinking about it too much.
Call it a think piece or not but the way I see people on TikTok and in this subreddit talk about Meta characters it reminds me of that scene in trolls where the dialogue is “because Meta Characters killed my grandma” and honestly I’ll say it myself after a few bad games I’ll play support Nejire if it makes my day a little easier. I’ll admit that but I feel like some people take it way too far and start making attacks on someone’s character and not the poorly balanced game itself.
I know I’m probably thinking way too deep about this but I had to get it off my chest
