Has anyone here tried Disturbia recently? Usually I'm a size 20-22 but looking at their size chart I might fall under a 16
That seems absolutely crazy to me, so I'm just wondering if anyone here has bought clothes from them and knows if the size chart is accurate

I'm thinking about doing an attempt at Hannah Alexander's Mimikyu. However I'm struggling to see how the dress would be supported IRL
In the image, you can see the dress panel stops in front of the shoulder. The art image seems to have everything supported by the black band on top. But with it being off the shoulder I'm just struggling to see how that could support what essentially two circle "skirts"
At this point I just assume I'll use some sort of clear elastic for "invisible straps"

I’m looking to try and draft a pattern for a Hannah Alexander Mimikyu. The base a very draped style so I’d imagine I’d need a lot for the construction. I’m trying to be realistic so I can plan a budget, but I’ve never bought muslin before and the only retailer I know of is Fabric Wholesale Direct which has it for about $3/yd
Is that about average?
