Restoration process. Rusty screws broke. What can I do now?

I recently got a vintage Pavoni and decided to clean it up and restore it. The machine obviously needed it. As I came to remove the head both screws snapped. As you can see from the photo there was a lot of rust built up around the screws. What can I do now to remove the head and continue maintenance?
