Let me build your inbound lead engine for free

I have 6 years of experience investing in real estate and 5 years working in digital marketing, now I'm trying to use my knowledge and skills to help realtors grow.

The package I'm offering has three pillars:

  1. Social media content - I provide the script and editing, you just film yourself.

  2. Google Business Profile optimization - posting content and capturing reviews to appear higher in searches.

  3. AI ISA - for booking appointments, lead qualification and nurturing via voice, text and email

What makes thus offer different is doing it all as one system rather than just posting to social media or running a separate email newsletter.

I'm looking for 5 agents who want to join this pilot, I'll build and run this system for free for two months in exchange for feedback and if you like the results - a review and referrals.

DM me if you're interested or want to know more about me and the offer

Google business profile vs Zillow

Where do you get more value from? Your realtor page on Zillow or GBP? and if you ask a client to leave a review is it on just one platform or both?

Do all these speed ramp videos I see on IG actually bring value?

They're beautiful and I love watching them, but judging by the comments it gets traction from people who praise the edit, not potential buyers for the shown property.

Sending texts without 10DLC?

I'm helping out a few agents growing their online presence and we want to start texting their past clients. Is there a way around 10DLC or as long as you're sending a text with a commercial intent you need it?

Curious how difficult it is to get a visa as a real estate investor/developer

I've been working with an attorney and I'm starting to get a feeling like he doesn't really know what he's doing, so before I take my file to another attorney I'm curious to hear thoughts on my situation.

I've been investing in real estate since 2020, I buy properties renovate them and rent them. Total investment is 800k, but becayse these are rentals with mortgage I don't have employees, only contractors, and they only generate a monthly income of about 1k.

However, last year I started doing more active projects like flips and new construction and the projection from my active projects is 200k this year and more in 2027. So my question is if this is a solid case and if not what can I do to strengthen it.

Really hope we get another world cup series

In 2022 the one episode per country was my favorite of all time. Really hope they're planning something similar

Funny coincidence with Airey Neave

I was listening to the episode about Britain in the 70s and the name Airey Neave caught me. I have two kids named Ari and Niv, where we're from it's pronounced pretty much the same as his name. On top of that, my daughter Niv middle name is Mirella after my late grandmother, she applied in the 60s for a role that explicitly said men only and was hired, then becoming the first woman manager in the company (can you spot her?). After she passed away there was an article about her calling her the iron lady of life insurance. Just wanted to share 😁
