Looking for advice: older Vado vs new Roadster

I am shopping for my first e-bike with a budget under $2300 and weight limit of 50 lbs. Will use for city commuting — includes a couple of steep hills and a stretch of gravel. Also will use for weekend rides - 30-40 miles, mostly on paved bike paths. Considering new Ride1Up Roadster3, but concerned it will be difficult to service. Only one shop in my area works with them - and they’re not the best. Also considering a used but “like new” 2021 Specialized Vado SL that has low mileage. The Vado would cost quite a bit more than the Roadster, but still within my budget. Any thoughts are welcome!

Unusual restaurant recommendation for 15th birthday dinner

First time in Italy for our family. Looking for someplace special. My teen loves history - a really old, atmospheric restaurant would be great. Or a recommendation for an agritourismo dinner — or someplace in an amazing garden or someplace else unusual or that just feel very authentic and welcoming. We love good food but don’t want anything really fancy. It’s been a tough year and we just really want this night to feel beautiful.
