Can anyone help me understand why all the PC keyboards with the exception of one or two show as unavailable online? My son traded in a bunch of stuff to get store credit for a keyboard and now can’t order the one he wants.

Thanks for any input!

I see a lot of posts speaking to service frustrations, and I get it. I did want to just give a shoutout to the Richmond, VA service center. Each market is different but I’ve had my R1T there twice now and I live over 2 hours away. The team was really accommodating, provided a loaner each time and was expedient in getting the work done.
