A video message I can propose to every member of my family

I know it's quite deranged to ask your family to do something in order to prove their existence after death, but I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety lately stemming from thoughts of death and the idea that afterlife is non existent.

I have come up with an idea to tell anyone in the family to record a video message for me and i will only open the video after they suddenly passed *knock on wood*, and I will probably find a medium to connect with one of my family member and tell me what was the message so I can later on check the message and see it for myself, then I'll be less skeptical with the whole idea. Tell me if you had done something similar to test if this whole thing is real.

What if our mind has just a natural chemical changes or science stuff that could explain why we see things

I want to believe that people who see things actually see things not because our brain has some natural chemistry related changes but actually seeing stuffs. I have many people in our family that see stuffs, I'm a skeptic and I don't see stuffs. Scientist in related field who is a believer, prove me otherwise.

*Read the whole context for better understanding, I'm not totally rejecting the idea but is too skeptic to really believe.

I am currently dealing with fear of death that gives me anxiety but I'm not diagnosed with anything yet I'm still having my psychiatric consultation and at the same time skeptic about these things like medium readings and ghosts. The real reason I was skeptic about is that I knew a lot of people who did similar things were just straight up bs, making it all up, I don't know if they're the same or not. For context I'm an asian man and we live in a community where which doctors are like the people's first go to whenever there is something that bothers anyone in their lives like diseases, sickness. There's a time when I got these bumps on my skin that feels like an inflation not pox or blisters. We went to a witch doctor, she performed stuffs like prayers and like put some oil in me, he mentioned that I was cursed by this woman in our house and I should be healed because I got cured by her, the inflation on my skin didn't disappear after 3 days. (I just didn't think this was true because I needed evidence and the storytelling is just too bs)

Another context my aunt got possessed allegedly by a witch said by another witch doctor. He claimed that another woman envies her because she likes his husband. He did things like rituals and prayers and screaming while talking to my aunt for the evil spirit to stay away from her body. the session ended and my aunt went back to her functional self, and when the witch doctor left, a few days later our aunt confessed that she was just tired and she was forced into acting because her parents brought this doctor to heal her and this doctor didn't know that my aunt was also acting the whole time. That was the time that my skepticism grew stronger and I didn't want to believe in these things.

The person who treated me is a woman, she doesn't do medium readings and the other guy was really unfamiliar for me because he was in another location but I assume he also doesn't do medium reading. Both of them practices herbal healing and does prayers during the herbal healing.

so I don't know if witch doctor is the same with medium readers or mediums
