8-Hour Layover in Istanbul: Can I Visit the City?

I have an 8-hour layover at Istanbul Airport, arriving at 12:30 PM and departing at 8:30 PM. I have a Canadian passport, so I don’t need a visa.
I’m wondering if it’s realistic to leave the airport for a short visit to some of Istanbul’s iconic landmarks. Photography is my hobby, and I’d love the chance to take a few photos while I’m there.
I’m hoping to spend about 3–4 hours in the city before returning to the airport. Is that a reasonable plan? Would I have enough time to visit a couple of locations, take some photos, and still get back to the airport comfortably in time for my flight?

Zepbound and intermittent fasting

Has any one tried intermittent fasting while in Zepbound? ( 16 hours not fasting, 8 hours eating)

Losing weight very slowly

I started Zepbound a little bit less than 2 months and am on 5 mg dose. My doctor has recommended 1,500 calories of food per day, which I follow carefully. Based on my Apple Watch, I burn about 400 active ("Move") calories and about 1,700–1,800 resting calories each day. That means I have a daily calorie deficit of roughly 600 calories. so I lose only about one pound per week. This is much less than what many of you report here. What do you do. Less food ? More activity? I am a 67-year-old male.

Chaos in Roger’s credit department

I switched my internet service from Rogers to Bell about a year ago. Because I had terminated my contract early, I had to pay $135, which I was not aware of at the beginning.

When I received an email from Rogers requesting payment, I paid it last August and informed the phone number listed in the email that I had made the payment. A few weeks later, I received the same email again. I called them and explained the situation. They told me not to worry and to ignore the email.

I received another email later and ignored it as instructed. Then I didn't hear anything for a while, so I assumed they had realized that I had already paid. 3 months ago I received an email from a collection agency asking me to pay the $135 plus $15–$20 in interest.

At the same time, I noticed that my credit score had dropped by 150 points from 850. I called the collection agency, explained the matter, and sent them a copy of my bank statement from last August showing that I had paid the amount.

I then called the credit agency. They said they had sent a copy of my documentation to Roger’s but had not yet received a response.Yesterday I checked again, and my credit score is still being affected. I am going to file a complaint to CCTS on Monday.
About 20 years ago, I had a similar problem with Rogers. After I switched my phone service to Bell, Rogers continued sending me bills for several months. I then received calls threatening to disconnect my telephone lines if I did not pay them, even though I had switched to Bell months earlier.

I searched the internet and it appears that this is a common issue with their financial department. It is strange that they have not done anything to address it after all this time.

Help! Mistakenly injected Ozempic

I have been on 2.5 mg Zepbound for 4 weeks and was supposed to take my first 5 mg dose today. I made a mistake and, instead of opening the Zepbound package, I opened an Ozempic sample package that was given to my wife a few weeks ago and had never been used. I have now injected Ozempic by mistake, and I’m feeling very anxious. My doctor is not available today, but I will seek professional advice.

Dealing with “stress eating”

When I’m stressed, I find myself standing in front of the fridge. Sometimes I don’t even realize that I’m eating. It’s a very strange situation. I eat even when I have no appetite. How do you deal with this situation?
