Poshmark funds not releasing after 72 hours
I have been with PM for over 15 years - I am not sure what is going on lately but it seems that if a buyer doesn’t rate you, they are holding earnings after the 72 hour mark. I have two items delivered 4 days ago and both not released, but one on the 1st that I was rated for and immediately released.
Also I have earnings processing for over 8 days. Poshmark support does not respond at all, just says they are reviewing and then closes the case.
What are the next steps and who do you escalate to? I have never had an issue with any other site doing this.
