What is happening with DFTX

For anyone saying the results of DT120 are on par with anything, you're talking out of your ...

The results are unprecedented, this is head-to-head:

Auvelity's pivotal GEMINI trial showed a 3.8-point placebo-adjusted MADRS improvement at Week 6 and 2.2-point separation at Week 1.

DT120 reported:

  • 14.2-point placebo-adjusted improvement at Week 1
  • 8.1-point placebo-adjusted improvement at Week 6
  • 7.3-point placebo-adjusted improvement at Week 12

Those numbers are dramatically larger. Based solely on effect size, DT120's antidepressant signal is roughly 2–4 times larger than Auvelity's.

Comp360 (not completely comparable because TRD) but someone mentioned DFTX saw similar results in TRD so make of that what you will:

Using the same style as the Auvelity comparison:

COMP360's best publicly reported studies showed approximately:

  • 6–7 point placebo-adjusted MADRS improvement at peak
  • 4–6 point placebo-adjusted separation around Week 6
  • 2–4 point separation by Week 12

DT120 reported:

  • 14.2-point placebo-adjusted improvement at Week 1
  • 8.1-point placebo-adjusted improvement at Week 6
  • 7.3-point placebo-adjusted improvement at Week 12

So less difference but still meaningful

This is why the stock is up because investors are finally waking up to what we knew all along...

For reference Axsome today is trading at 12.6 billion market cap.

Also stop remission rates for a single dose to a daily pill.

Who here thinks they will have to rent forever because the housing market is no longer affordable? (+1 = I am going to buy) and (0 = I think I will have to rent forever).

With the current housing market, homeownership seems further away than ever, hence my question, for people who have never bought.

Who here thinks they will have to rent forever because the housing market is no longer affordable ? (+1 = I am going to buy) and (0 = I think I will have to rent forever).

'That these drugs are already close to approval render some elements of the order somewhat meaningless. For example, while the order directs the Drug Enforcement Administration to reschedule any drug that successfully completes a phase 3 trial, Marks pointed out that the agency is already obligated to do that within 90 days. “You can’t get much faster than that,” Marks said'.

My interpretation is that the DEA can start reviewing when the NDA is delivered instead of when the final approval comes trough, meaning that the decision could come in parallel with the approval, am I wrong and is this 'expert' right?
