Hi, we are new to Google Business Profile. Currently, my customers cannot leave reviews — it says: "Our policies do not permit contributions to this type of place."

We registered as a sublease Optometry Clinic inside Walmart. I know other similar clinics have their own active Google Profiles with reviews enabled and working fine. So I’m not sure what I did wrong.

I’ve already submitted 2 support inquiries, but both received the same auto-reply:

"Thank you for contacting us about your Business Profile on Google. From the info you shared, we're not sure of your exact issue, but here are solutions to the most common issues:"

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

First trip, I went out with a single loop storage belt for a few thousand chunks.

Second trip, I went out with double stacked belt for higher density (in the front of my ship) for bit over 12k chunks.

Third trip, I make to two big sacks on the sides, but I cannot go far and fast enough, need to turn around with 50k chunks.

Next goal is to make dedicate ships for different tasks. A single big ship will isolate my planets when the ship venture into deep space.
