Thinking of moving to Ely

We're thinking of moving to Ely. We're in St. Paul now and both have remote jobs. A show, quiet life in nature sounds ideal, but we're sure there are aspects we don't know about. What are some pros and cons you'd encourage someone to consider?

Feedback on the following is particularly appreciated:

Healthcare access, particularly wait times

How bad is the internet and what solutions are there?

Doctor didn't do all Botox for Migraine sites

I've been getting Botox for Migraines for about eight years. I've had a number of different doctors do it and have noticed that some - including my current doctor - don't do all the sites. For example, my current doctor only did two shots per side on my temples and didn't do my mid eyebrow sites. Is this ok or should I fuss about it?

Naltrexone alternative?

I tried low dose naltrexone and it helped so much! That must be what non-EDS people feel like all the time! But it gave me horrible migraines - non stop for weeks on end, even with Ubrelvy. Is there anything else people have tried that helps? I've tried and failed the antidepressants and seizure drugs. NSAIDS work well, but they're so hard on the body.

Credit union recommendations?

Please recommend a good credit union (or ones to avoid). We'd love high interest savings, good mortgage rates, and good fraudulent charge protection.
