I will be visiting Omaha this summer with my 12 yo. Any recommendations for a hotel?

I am from Omaha, but have never stayed in a hotel as I always had family to stay with. We will be going to a Stormchasers game and the zoo, so we don’t necessarily need a specific location as we will likely be all over. I’m just looking for something decent that won’t cost a fortune. I had considered something in the sold Market, but I’ve heard that construction in that area has made the roads a mess.
