Should I ask for bupropion?

I’ve been lurking on all the Wellbutrin/Bupropion subs this past week and done my research and I feel like this medication might be right for me.

Quick background, I have never taken an SSRI nor do I plan to take an SSRI/SNRI. I know bupropion is a NDRI, which is exactly why I am interested in taking it because I do not want to develop any nasty side effects regarding libido or emotional numbness (people describe feeling like a zombie). I know SSRI’s have a risk of developing r/PSSD.

I do know I suffer from depression and struggle with getting out of bed, getting tasks done, procrastination, etc.. delaying things until last minute. A lot of other symptoms, etc.. I am a student and I am hoping a medication like this can prevent me from crashing and burning and failing to pass by keeping me above a certain threshold.

I am aware of all the side effects, differences between generic vs name brand, etc... I wanted to hear from people who are in college/grad school, etc.. if bupropion was the right choice for them.

How to find FourSquare Rum?

The only place that sells foursquare rum nearest to me is Total Wine and it’s the Master Series 5 for $160. FourSquare is a higher end rum that goes for $100+ usually? Is it worth the investment.

Those who went from windows to MacOS, how long does it take to get comfortable with the controls/system?

I’m going to purchase the MacBook Neo, always used a windows device. I plan to use it strictly for studying (nothing intensive)

LPT: If you're tired of spam calls, enable "Silence" under Screen Unknown Callers in iPhone settings — unknown numbers go straight to voicemail and land in a separate list, so your phone only rings for people you actually know.

How bad are these instant coffee?

I don’t normally drink instant coffee, mostly the four sigmatic lions mane stuff. Saw these at the store recently and the flavors sounded nice (Starbucks subreddit said they tasted bland). Other than Starbucks instant coffee, are there any recommendation for some high quality ones?

The new caramel apple pie coffee is really good

Ordered the Caramel Apple Iced Coffee and it was really good, I can compare it to Starbucks apple crisp shaken espresso. My only recommendation is to add caramel syrup as it’s not sweet enough.

Sea Eagle 380x vs 385ft Fast Track

I’m doing research on sea eagle kayaks since I’m planning on getting one in the future and I am stuck between these two kayaks for instance.

The 380x offers maximum stability and is basically a tank in durability, it has an option to add a motor if you choose on the SE website. The 385ft advantage is that it is fast, but not as stable (especially newer V-bottom version), less drain holes, etc..

My issue is that if I choose the 380x that I will not enjoy it due to the speed issue, but I want to choose it because of how incredibly versatile (especially on ocean water), but I don’t know anything about ocean kayaking other seeing videos of people using sea kayaks with rudders and lots of safety gear. Realistically I believe I would be kayaking mostly on lakes, and rarely on rivers or the ocean due to the commute and issue of debris in the water on rivers. Probably should add that my only kayaking experience is a intex k1 🤣, so I’m definitely overthinking everything.

Has anyone found success using a study log?

For instance,

Using Google Sheets to make a column for the subject, topic, and hours spent during the day. And keeping track of it over the course of the semester.

If anyone has done this, was it good for like diagnosing any studying issues or areas needing improvement especially after test scores (since you kept track of your effort.)

How to avoid “Studying how to study”?

When you are already neck deep in school with loads of course work to study for, watching videos on study techniques seems already too late and a waste of time. I want to know how to avoid this trap, since I feel like there is an endless amount of content on how to get better studying.

Clickbait YouTube titles like “Study better than 99% of your class” or “Score the highest grades in your class.. blah blah blah” you get the idea. Did anyone figure out how to study properly on their own without watching these “educational” videos.

Kayaking on the ocean?

Has anyone kayaked on the ocean before (especially near a beach), I plan on getting one of the sea eagle kayaks in the future (most likely 380x).

I just got into this hobby and wondering what options are best and the most safe for all conditions.
