PSA to anyone who had their phone stolen at Warped this year: You are likely to receive a text like the one below (I just did). Do NOT do what they say! They are lying to you bc they want you to de-brick your phone so they can $ it and make the most profit. The minute you “forget” the device on your FindMy, your iCloud is removed from it and you give the thieves the thing they want the most. F*** those MF! If you get this text, remember: They are LYING & don’t have your payment/bank info, the only info they have is your phone # (they got it from your sim card). Never EVER “forget the device”…. ALWAYS erase the device, that way your personal info (except your iCloud😉) is completely erased from the device, and you are 💯 safe 👌🏼!
