[Routine Help] Skin texture just won’t go away

Ive tried

oil cleansing, salicylic acid cleanser, la roche posay duo+m, adapalane (didnt work so now i’m on tret).

current routine is skin1004 centella oil and foam cleansers, tretinoin, axis y dark spot serum, purito bamboo cream or 345 relief cream and bioreuv sunscreen

any product recommendations or improvements to my routine that could help?

Skin texture? South asian skin

I’ve been struggling with skin texture on my cheeks and nose for years and would love some routine or product recommendations.

My Skin Type: Very oily.

Current Issues:

 Persistent texture/bumps (not active pustules).

 Occasional breakouts on forehead..

Current Routine:

AM: Foam cleanser, moisturizer (alternating between 345 cream and panthenol cream).

PM: Oil cleanser + Centella foam cleanser (consistent for 1–2 months).

Active: Tretinoin (successfully cleared red, pustule-like pimples, but has not helped with texture).

Other: Equalberry Swimming Toner (used for weeks with no change).

PS: I struggle with sunscreen consistency and also live in hot and humid climate

I want to prioritize fixing the texture/bumps before moving on to dark spots. I’m having trouble identifying the root cause of the texture.
