Good price for FK8 ‘19 type R? ($25K?)

Cross posted since I don’t think the type R subreddit likes price checks.

I’m looking at a 2019 type R and want to come into the dealership prepared. It’s posted at $30K.

It’s got 95K miles with just a PRL intake from what I’m seeing.

The story is that the dealership tech traded it in so might be good that it’s tech owned. Funny enough my brother in law also worked for the same dealership group and his coworker also owned the same type R from miles 20K-80K so he knew that car well. He said it was taken care of for at least that portion of its life before it was traded in.

We also know he got $29K trade in value back in ‘24 at that 80K mile mark. That’s why I’d like to shoot for $25K.

Other info: car seems fine. I didn’t test drive it yet cuz I had my kid with me but at start up the exhaust smelled a little bit. Some posts on here say exhaust smell at start up is dismissible if it goes away?
