I have an upcoming flight booked with Qatar Airways, but given the current geopolitical situation and escalating tensions in the region, I'm getting quite anxious about traveling.

If Qatar Airways ends up canceling or significantly changing my flight because of airspace closures or security reasons, will they provide a full refund for free? Or will they just offer a travel voucher?

Also, if the flight is still scheduled to operate but I decide I don't feel safe flying and want to cancel it myself, do they have a flexible policy for this kind of situation (like a free waiver), or will I be forced to pay the standard cancellation fees based on my ticket tier? My ticket is an Economy Classic/Promo, so it's normally non-refundable.

Has anyone dealt with Qatar Airways cancellations due to regional conflicts recently? How did they handle it?
