What I learned growing a small business's social media from scratch

For small business owners, what's your biggest social media struggle right now?

I previously worked with a small business from the ground up. We didn't run any paid ads—we focused on creating promotional content, engaging with customers consistently, and building genuine relationships with our audience.

Despite having a relatively small following, social media eventually generated around half of the business's sales.

One thing I learned from that experience is that follower count isn't always the most important metric. People are still your greatest asset, and customers remain at the heart of every successful business.
