To give you some context, I'm a low-income IT technician (lol), and my focus is more on business support; I don't work much on gaming PCs. Anyway, a client I already know brought me a computer. He wants to play COD Warzone, but the game requires a BIOS update. So far, so good. I got my USB drive with the BIOS file, but the motherboard doesn't recognize it. The USB drive is formatted in FAT32, 8GB, and plugged into a 2.0 port. The motherboard is a B450 Pro4-CB. Looking at some posts here on Reddit, I saw that for some reason the BIOS updates from the ASRock website don't work (???). I found a link to update to a 2023 version, 8.01, and I managed to update it, but it's still not recognized in the game. Does anyone have any idea or information on how I can update this BIOS?

Contextualizando, sou um técnico de informática de baixa renda kkk, e meu foco é mais em atendimento empresarial, não mecho tanto em PCs focados em jogos, enfim, um cliente ja conhecido, me trouxe um computador, ele quer jogar warzone mas o jogo pede atualização de bios, até ai tudo bem, peguei meu pen-drive, arquivo da bios, mas a placa nao reconhece, o pen-drive esta em fat32, 8gb, esta em uma porta 2.0, a placa é uma b450 pro4-cb, vendo uns posts aqui no reddit, vi que por algum motivo as bios no próprio site da asrock não dar certo(???) E achei um link de atualização pra uma versão de 2023, a 8.01, consegui atualizar, mas ainda não reconheceu no jogo, alguém tem alguma noção ou informação de como eu posso atualizar essa bios?
