Advice on how to add more guest as a guest?

Was supposed to be going out to a resort with family using the remainder of my mother's points before they expire. She had to cancel but still booked a room for me as I was planning to go regardless for an event that was going on. I wanted to invite one of my friends or maybe 2 as I saw the room she had was for an occupancy of 4. , but also noticed that she only had me written down as a guest. Is there any way for me to add on 2 more? It's a queen room with a sleeper so more than enough space. Never had a hotel booked this way so not sure how to proceed.

Advice for a solo and first timer?

Have been planning to go to Magfest for months. Planned to go with a close friend but going alone now. Still determined to go though. This will not not only be my first Magfest but first time going to a convention alone. Any recommendations? Already booked a room in Alexandria as I am sure the hotels will either be too much for one person or sold out.

How have we NOT gotten a Omni with the death of Jean deWolfe yet???

I feel like this is a pretty crucial story for the Black Suit era of Spidey and it blows my mind there still isn't a OHC with this in it. It's the entire backstory on why Eddie even hates Spider-Man and the introduction to Sin Eater.

Custom jackets?

Where do you guys get custom jackets from? I have a few books I've gotten that are in otherwise great condition, but the jackets are torn or not in a quality I like. I've seen some posts here and there for where people have had books with custom jackets and curious how easy they are to get.

Checked out a local store I had not visited or heard of for FCBD. They not only let me grab whatever books for free but had a 20% off sale for everything. Very happy to snag some of my whales for pretty cheap.
