i’m moving to New Bedford with my partner and two dogs in a few weeks for work. we’ve got an apartment locked down and are getting our stuff packed up.
i’m wondering if anyone has good veterinarian, dog trainer and doggy daycare/boarding recommendations? doesn’t need to be all-in-one, although that would be amazing.
i have a 5 month old puppy who probably can do with some prof. training and a good vet to suggest food changes for allergies etc — and a senior dog who doesn’t need much but a good vet for vaccinations and a trainer for older dogs (just to reinforce the basics).
looking for a vet whose fairly conservative in terms of treatments, i.e. i want someone who isn’t going to jump to the most invasive, complicated / expensive treatment upon first glance (hard i know).
and as a side note: i’ll take any good running route, restaurant, bar or must-do recommendations for the city and surrounding areas.

but it didn’t work. i told myself i couldn’t justify the price, but i write everyday (for work and for pleasure) and i don’t jot notes down on my laptop.
so i caved and got a gv in black, an extra ribbon set and another notebook. i’ll use my trc refills in there too. im excited!!
okay, coming out of the fog of social media marketing. i have a pocket sized TRC, which i love, but i want a slightly larger (A6?) cover.
i don’t want to pay paper republic prices — but if i am, i want it to be a small artist/shop. any recommendations?

five inserts: 3 TRC brand, 1 moleskine pocket size (that i cut myself to make fit) and the TRC zipper insert from TRC.
the moleskin is clipped to the front cover with a generic clip i got from staples. the charm is from michael’s.
probably wont keep that moleskin clipped, but replace it with a slimmer insert from TRC. but the clip is really efficient for “to-do” or quick notes.
howdy, i’m a journalist that takes substantial notes and sketches / draws. i have a TRC passport and dig the form factor but wish i could fit moleskine notebooks in there. wondering if the paper republic cover is going to be better?
ideally i’d string a second spine elastic and fit as many notebooks in there as i can without it overflowing too much.
any advice is appreciated
I just got a passport size TC, and currently have 3 (and a pocket) refills in the there (2 blank, 1 lined and the zipper insert).
i’m a reporter and take a lot of notes, i’m wondering about options for 100+ page inserts. ideally i’d like to have ONE big insert and 2 smaller ones (1 passport blank and a lined).
i’ve been thinking about moving to paper republic pocket size for the marginally better space and the ability to put moleskine pocket sized in there.
any advice is appreciated!
had a filofax ring planner as my main thing for like a week. i hated writing with the rings.
fully switched over to my first tn / basically doing everything on blank inserts which i didn’t think id like but it’s great.
was unsure about the size (im a reporter and i write a fair amount of notes) but we’ll see how it goes.
I’ve been watering my 14 week old lab/pit mix three times a day since I adopted her. My vet recently said she needed free access to water. so I’ve been trying to do that but she literally can’t stop herself from drinking the entire bowl and then peeing inside, which she hasn’t had an accident on the scheduled watering.
any advice? i feel like it’s unhealthy for her to be gulping down all this water + the potty training is going out the window.
