question about dorms
Hi! I was wondering, for the winter holidays, do we have to completely empty our rooms? It is tough for international students, how do you deal with your belongings?

hi! so, last night i meditated and did another specific shifting meditation and i fell asleep, and i created a portal in my lucid dream and went through it, i could feel the rain drops, the floor, the textures, the cold, i could see things very clearly, etc, so i guess that counts as a shift sort of, BUT i still felt my cr body laying down!! how could i fix this ? does anyone have any idea? thank you!
hi! i was wondering what my chart could indicate about me?
i am quite traumatised and developed an auto immune condition from that, i was wondering if this could be visible? and what else? thank you!
i took a blood test before being referred to a neurologist for symptoms such as : black dots in vision ( but not like when you're about to faint, bigger ones), dizziness, double vision, struggling to walk, trembling, leg pains and weaknesses, very big fatigue, memory issues, and all that worsening, struggling to walk a bit, and the trembling getting worse as well, especially with the heat.

i expected my blood test to come back normal because i took one recently and there were no issues

however, there were some problems. VGM at 103, MCH at 34.8, Triglyceride at 1.53 g/l and ferritin at 7. i understood that the iron and triglyceride aren't usual? idk.

but what stuck me is that i took a blood test two months ago and everything was normal. i also already was dealing with the fatigue and everything else, especially last summer, but the blood tests i took then were normal.

i take zoloft (25) as well as cyamemazine (25) if that helps, but i think they are low doses, and i have taken those for a while ( about 4 or 5 years daily! and i lowered my doses a while ago, which made no difference)

thank you!
