Google Health Premium has to be a joke

Wanted to input my blood pressure measurements. Asked the coach if there was a place to input it. It told me yes and gave me the steps. Then told me to update it.
Updated it and then it tells me it doesn’t have a place to add it.

It’s true that I didn’t pay for the premium experience as I’m in the 3 months free due to buying a Fitbit air but damn. How do they expect to entice people to pay for this subscription of this is what they are giving as a sample?

Google Health makes the Fitbit air a bad product

I bought the Fitbit air (coming from and Apple Watch 9) and was excited to have something light which I could have on me the whole day and night.

Nevertheless the app is making it hard to like the product, specially these points/error messages:

  1. Google health coach? Want to ask it something? Half of the times it takes some seconds then the message disappears and I get an error message. Want to log some food which I precisely explain? Takes the liberty to log another version of it.

  2. Pairing: the amount of times it doesn’t pair and says to get the Fitbit closer to the phone while I’m holding the phone with the hand that has it on. Like do I need to stick it up the usb port to be closer? And then I’ll exit the app and it syncs alone. Really annoying

  3. General errors: I don’t want to sound like “that guy” but it is literally the first time since having an iOS device (which has been over a decade) where I have an app that gets so many error notifications. How does this come from a huge company as Google?

I’m looking forward to what’s to come with updates but damn is it hard to try to like something I’ve spent my money on.

Food log/macro and micronutrients to Google Health

I just got a Fitbit air and wanted to test their coach a little bit. Usually I log all my meals into bevel as I think the team did a great job with it but as I’m testing it it seems that bevel will write to google health the macro nutrients but not any micronutrients nor the names of the foods.

(Same thing happens with apple health. Only macros get passed on)

Am I missing something?

Suitable app for newbie?

I’m starting my gym journey.

Starting to do just a specific Technogym Biostrength circuit with 9 machines and a stairmaster session. All of this 3 times a week.

My question is that I can see the different machines on my technogym app but then on the bevel app and apple fitness it will count all of this as just 1 block of exercise and not separate exercises and what they were specifically.

I also have an Apple Watch that connects with the technogym app for HR.

My question is if for bevel usage it will be a problem that I don’t state specifically which muscles were trained? Will the scores and info be inaccurate due to this?
